The Association will be undertaking a communitywide wrought iron repair, wood repair and repainting project, in which all of the damaged wood and wrought iron in the community will be repaired/replaced, and the buildings will be repainted in a new color scheme. Accord Construction Management was retained to prepare the scope of work, assist with the bidding process, and perform project oversight. The scope of work for the project has been approved by the Board and proposals are currently being solicited to complete the project. It is anticipated that the project will begin in the first part of 2021.
The Board of Directors has worked with Vista Paint to select a new color scheme for the buildings, which also includes the painting of the garage doors. The Board feels that the new paint colors will update the look of the community and enhance property values. A rendering of a sample building with the approved colors is posted on the Clubhouse door with the actual color swatches for residents to take a look at.
The Association will provide updates to the community regarding this project as it progresses.

The Association has contracted with OC Patrol to begin parking patrol services effective September 1, 2020. They will be conducting once daily patrols to enforce the Association’s parking rules. Residents and their guests parking in violation of the rules will be issued a citation and possible tow, which will be at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Please make sure that you are using your assigned garage or carport for the parking of a vehicle to help ensure there is sufficient parking in the common area. It is against the Association’s governing documents to use the garage or carport for storage or any other purpose than parking. Residents who are found to be using their garage or carport for purposes other than parking will be sent a violation notice and are subject to fines if the issue is not resolved.
Lastly, the Board has suspended enforcement of the rule that requires that vehicles parked in common area parking spaces be moved at least every 96 hours (4 days) due to the pandemic and many people working from home. THIS RULE WILL START TO BE ENFORCED AGAIN BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 2020. Please make sure that you and your guests are moving their vehicles every 96 hours to avoid a citation and possible tow.
