Please keep in mind that your community has many ongoing Community Wide Maintenance that include building wood repairs, deck repairs/replacement, rain gutter/roof cleaning, and annual termite treatment. If your request falls under one of the Community Wide Maintenance items it will be addressed on the phased schedule for that item.

Our office will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023, for Labor Day. If you need to report an emergency maintenance issue in the Association’s common area, please call us at (949) 450-0202 to be routed to an emergency on-call representative that can assist you. Our normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

Earthco Arbor Care is scheduled to complete the annual tree trimming Thursday, August 24th and Friday, August 25th. Notices will be posted by the arborist company. Please be mindful of where you park in order to avoid falling debris during the trimming; and for safety reasons please be careful when driving past the tree trimming crew. The Board would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation while this necessary community maintenance item is completed.
