Please Pick Up After Dogs!

There has been an issue with people not picking up after their dogs after they defecate in the common area. The Association has doggie bag dispensers installed in the community for your use. Please be considerate and pick up after your dogs immediately and dispose of the waste properly in a receptacle. Dog waste is more than just a gross and unsightly mess, it’s an environmental pollutant and a health hazard, as it can carry E. coli, parvovirus, and salmonella. The Association’s governing documents require that dog owners pick up after their pets and any resident caught violating the rules will be subject to the Association’s Enforcement Policy, which may result in a fine being assessed to the owner’s account.
