Please keep in mind that your community has many ongoing Community Wide Maintenance that include building wood repairs, deck repairs/replacement, rain gutter/roof cleaning, and annual termite treatment. If your request falls under one of the Community Wide Maintenance items it will be addressed on the phased schedule for that item.
